The CapCap solves the problems that having just a small mouth or large mouth Nalgene water bottle. When you have the HumanGear CapCap installed on your large mouth Nalgene you can drink without spilling all over yourself (small mouth), clean it easily (large mouth), and put ice/fruit in your bottle with easy (large mouth).
